Hi Friends, I’m back pretty quick, huh? The weather here is turning into crisp fall days. The leaves are falling quickly and it’s chilly one day and warm the next. We are starting to get buds on the flowers again. Welcome to New England. I hate to think what’s coming. The Farmer’s Almanac says it will be a brutal winter, but don’t they say that every year?
Hey, so I as able to sneak in another video while I was at my mom’s, but it’s just me this time. I’ve been a member of Weight Watchers for the past year and want to start sharing recipes that I make/create for member or for anyone, really. I don’t change the cooking in my home. My family eats what I make. Even with 2 gluten free (celiac) daughters we all just adjust.
So with that said, I went and made a sugar free pumpkin cake that is so good. Now, if you can stay away from too many pieces, you’re in good shape.. well, that’s the idea anyway…. to get in good shape, right?
