Happy Birthday…

….to me.

Yes, today is my birthday.  I felt like leaving a little something here for us to think about.  I get caught up in my age as I get older and I have to stop and remember this…

“Don’t just count your years…..make your years count”
– Ernest Myers

This is so necessary… we can’t control it, life moves on and we must make it the best life we can… EVERYDAY!!

Surround yourself with loving, caring, non-judgemental and giving people that make you laugh out loud, that support you and are there for you when you’re down, cuz we all get down now and then.

Another quote from one of my favorite authors, who’s been through hell and back is Melody Beattie :

“Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude.”

Have a great week and make every moment count.

And, as always… thanks for stopping by.
