About Judy Shea

Welcome to my blog. I'm a Mixed Media/Polymer Clay Artist. I do have a full-time job (not as an artist). My art includes, textural collage works on canvas, cardboard, wood or other substrates using paints, molding pastes, inks, fabric, a variety of found objects and handmade polymer clay pieces. Life/Work balance is what I strive for.

  1. I agree! It’s great to have you back in the swing of things! When you cut them up with the sparkly on it – can’t wait to see these in person!

  2. Judy, this was a fun video. When you put the beads on I kept thinking how will you cut that without ruining your cutter? They turned out beautifully. Have fun giving them out.

  3. AWESOME video, Jude!!!! I have some Tyvek up in my studio but I don’t think it’s the fabric. I’ll have to check. Where did you get the Tyvek cloth? LOVE how the cards came out. Wish I was going to Art Is You so I could collect one of them! If you see Carolyn Dube or Jessica Sporn, say HI for me. I’m an avid follower of their blogs. Carolyn might even recognize my name!
You look really happy in your new studio! That does my heart good. I love to have happy buddies!

  4. Great vid! Thanks! Colbalt teal…who would of thought…?
Have fun at Art is You!
    (Peanut M&Ms for me)!

  5. (At least) three days of work with an absolutely astounding result! Those with whom you come in contact at Art Is You will be very lucky indeed. I can only hope there are a few left for a blog giveaway!! Travel safely, my friend!

  6. It’s great to see you creating & having fun again Judy! This is such a cool project. Have fun at your weekend – I’m sure everyone will be impressed with this.

  7. Judy, thanks for posting your video and showing us your method! I would be honored to have a piece of your art work . Just knowing that your pinkies touched the fabric so many times is like having a piece of your soul!

    Sharing it on FB!
